Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite) Overview Growing organization seeking an Event Coordinator to support and execute trade show and event marketing initiatives. This role will manage logistics, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure successful event delivery from planning through post-event reporting. Key Responsibilities Own and execute assigned trade shows from planning through follow-up Coordinate event logistics including setup, teardown, and vendor management Manage booth assets, inventory, and on-site event execution Support pre- and post-event marketing initiatives Track and report on event performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery Qualifications Experience supporting trade shows or event marketing initiatives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong sense of ownership Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel occasionally Preferred Experience with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or project management tools Background in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments apply to: edgar@libertyjobs.com www.libertyjobs.com www.linkedin.com/in/edgarunthank #J-18808-Ljbffr
