Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Clarksville, TN for a Personal Lines Account Manager. The role involves managing client accounts for personal insurance needs, maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries and claims. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to identify insurance opportunities, manage renewals, and ensure policies align with their needs. The role may also require collaboration with other team members to support business objectives and promote employee benefits solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Account Management and Personal Insurance processes Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective client support Experience in handling insurance-related services Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry, including relevant policies and regulations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively Licensing in insurance (preferred) or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
