Role Description
The Sales Design Consultant will work on‑site at our Mission Viejo, CA location in a full‑time capacity. This role includes assisting customers in creating customized furniture and home décor solutions that meet their needs and preferences. You will use your design expertise and sales skills to provide excellent customer service, guide clients through product options, and offer tailored recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to maintain the showroom's aesthetic and support the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on delivering personalized client experiences
Knowledge of Interior Design principles and a passion for creating unique, inspiring spaces
Familiarity with Furniture and Furnishings, including understanding materials, styles, and trends
Strong listening and communication skills to understand and meet customer needs effectively
Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to a fast‑paced retail setting
Prior experience in retail sales or interior design is a plus
Availability to work on‑site in Mission Viejo, CA
