About The Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in the customer’s home. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis Educate homeowners on product features and benefits What We Are Looking For Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills Experience in home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience is a plus Reliable transportation and local residency required Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Outgoing and personable personality Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
