AI Creative Producer

We are looking for a full-time remote AI Creative Producer to join our growing creative team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality creatives across multiple channels, using AI tools to support and enhance the creative process. Location: Fully remote or Warsaw Office / Cyprus Employment: Poland or Cyprus: Employment Contract or B2B Other locations: B2B only Key Responsibilities Create video and visual ad creatives using AI tools Translate campaign ideas into engaging, conversion-focused content Generate hooks, scripts, and prompts for creatives Produce multiple creative variations for testing and iteration Edit and refine creatives to improve performance and engagement Ensure consistent messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a creative/content role in a fast-paced environment Hands‑on experience with AI tools Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and attention‑grabbing Ability to execute ideas quickly and independently Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and hooks Experience with UGC‑style creatives or performance‑driven content Basic copywriting/content creation skills High level of English (written and spoken) Familiarity with iGaming, sweepstakes, or performance marketing is a plus What we offer Opportunities for professional growth and skill development A collaborative and friendly work environment built on long-term partnerships Independence, trust, and ownership of your work Gym membership support and private medical care Team meetups and integration events All necessary work equipment provided Access to all required tools and paid licenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
