Prior experience in employee benefits or a brokerage environment is required.
The Job:
Own and manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients evaluate benefit options and control costs
Lead and support the full renewal process in partnership with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives
Coordinate internally with service teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
Handle day-to-day client needs, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
Conduct client meetings, strategy discussions, and enrollment sessions
Assist with compliance-related items, including 5500 filings as applicable
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
Stay current on industry trends and proactively educate clients on changes impacting their programs
