GENERAL FUNCTION
The Marketing Specialist will support on Amazon performance marketing initiatives, including reporting, maintaining marketing calendars, managing the flow of digital assets and contributing to marketing strategy to ensure successful execution of campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INSIGHTS & ANALYSIS
Extract results from various sources to fill monthly templates on marketing reporting and compiling performance summaries for eCommerce and brand teams
Assist in Ad-Hoc analysis, leveraging digital research platforms (e.g. Stackline, Google, etc.) to conduct analyses to translate data into actionable insights
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Maintain comprehensive brand calendar, communicate and collaborate with brand teams to include new inputs (seasonal campaigns, product features etc.) and with eCommerce sales team to add promotion dates
Complete monthly invoicing reconciliation of marketing charges with actuals
Oversee flow of digital assets from brand teams to eCommerce team, following up and ensuring correct sizing and content needs for advertising and site content. Ensure delivery and implementation with relevant agencies.
Assist in managing A+ Content, Brand Store, and BSP-related projects by ensuring the availability of all required assets, coordinating their transfer to the designated agency for execution, and overseeing updates in collaboration with the Digital Specialist
MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS
Assist in monitoring AI outputs and managing rejections in Vendor Central
Perform Q/A checks for New Collection setup, ensuring images are live and troubleshooting any issues.
Support projects such as managing broken variations and SKU audit via Profitero with the help of the Digital Specialist

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or relevant experience
2-3 years of experience working in performance marketing (ideally Amazon), analytics, e-commerce marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Amazon and/or knowledge of marketplace management
Experience working in the optical or retail industry
Strong understanding of the retail environment and consumer
