What we are seeking A highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to leverage digital media to promote our brands and strengthen the connection between our bottlers, their customers, and their communities. This role manages a variety of digital channels including social media, websites, landing pages, and video platforms to develop and execute strategies that enhance advertising efforts, build brand awareness, engage with customers and community, and drive long-term growth through customized digital campaigns. Why we will love you 1 year minimum of digital and social media brand specific experience required, 2 to 3 years preferred. Associate’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong understanding of digital media applications and social media campaigns. Experience with brand partner relationships. Familiarity with beverage manufacturing preferred. Understanding of e-commerce dynamics a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multi-task. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality. What you will do day to day Stay current on media trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to ensure CCI bottlers remain innovative and effective in digital media planning and execution. Develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies for bottlers that complement national media efforts and drive measurable results. Plan, schedule, and manage bottler social media campaigns; create, update, and maintain bottler social media accounts to ensure consistent brand and community presence. Create marketing collateral using existing PepsiCo assets and develop original content to support brand and promotional initiatives. Analyze and interpret performance data and analytics reports from national and local campaigns to measure ROI, optimize KPIs, and guide future strategies. Identify opportunities to collaborate with customers and key partner through joint promotions, product sampling, and community events that build brand affinity and loyalty. Partner with the Senior Media Strategist to align digital strategies with broader media and marketing objectives, ensuring cohesive brand execution across all platforms. Support bottlers with creative and graphic design needs across print materials, digital assets, social media, and websites, ensuring all creative deliverables align with brand standards and effectively communicate key marketing messages. Oversee the ordering, production, and distribution of promotional materials to support and enhance all marketing initiatives. Apply today!
