Your primary focus will be ice hockey clubs and arenas, followed by municipalities, events, and shopping centres. This is a fully commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential — from smaller installations to large arena projects, the opportunity is yours to build. What You Will Do Identify and develop relationships with decision‑makers at ice hockey clubs, arenas, and federations across Norway Engage municipalities looking to offer affordable, sustainable ice sport facilities for their communities Pursue event organisers and shopping centres seeking unique, high‑traffic ice experiences Guide prospects through our sales and installation process and manage projects through to completion Represent Glice at hockey events, trade fairs, and industry gatherings Who You Are A hockey person at heart — you have played, coached, managed, or worked in and around the game, and you still follow it closely You understand the needs, language, and culture of hockey clubs and the people who run them Highly self‑motivated and entrepreneurial — you thrive on results and are comfortable with commission‑based income Structured and disciplined in your approach to sales, with a hunter mentality and a long‑term relationship mindset You take full ownership of the customer relationship from first contact to installation Comfortable with CRM systems and genuinely curious about new technologies Fluent in Norwegian with good English for training and corporate communication Join Us Norway deserves year‑round ice.
