Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a positive and collaborative environment with a tenured staff. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-market accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers a hybrid work model, with one remote day per week after the training period.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $48,000 - $60,000 annually, plus cross-selling incentives.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of small to mid-market personal lines accounts.
Provide end-to-end servicing for clients, including quoting new and renewal business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active 2-20 or 20-44 license is required.
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with carrier experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
