Key Responsibilities of the Director of Treasury
• Lead all treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and optimization of working capital
• Manage and enhance banking structures, partnerships, and treasury systems
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across treasury functions
• Support capital markets activities including debt issuance, financing strategies, and lender relationships
• Partner with executive leadership to align treasury strategy with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, and compliance processes
• Lead and mentor treasury team members while building a best-in-class function
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operational teams
Qualifications for the Director of Treasury
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership
• Strong experience in cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations
• Experience with capital markets, debt structures, or financing activities preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
