Summary: The Sales Administrator will oversee the entire Machine Sales inventory process for Power Equipment Company. This individual will have the co-responsibility along with another Sales Administrator to manage the acquisition, file maintenance and invoicing for all Power Equipment co. machines and attachments. This individual is the main conduit of information between our suppliers and internal customers, consisting mainly of Corporate Sales Administration & Inventory Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Operations Managers and Equipment Salesman. Job Responsibilities: The items listed below shall encompass most of the responsibilities of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Major Activities Manage Total Sales Analysis (TSA) database. Enter new orders received from salesman. Prepare/Approve Profit & Commission (P&C) analysis for sold deals through Sales Dept. Work with Bramco accounting staff to input all costs associated with the sale of a machine or attachment and make sure all costs are accounted for prior to billing in our operating system. Calculate salesman commission for each sold deal. Manage all warranty starts/stops for new and rental machines. Provide salesmen and sales managers with projected lead times for machines/attachments during the quote process and expected delivery dates after machines are ordered/sold. Retail Delivery Reporting (Pronto) for several of our manufacturers who track this information. Administer monthly and annual machines write downs as directed by Sr. Management. Purchase Orders Purchase Orders Create and/or enter Purchase Orders for stock and sold machines including Certified Rental. Places orders with our vendors for new machines and attachments. Order Acknowledgements Review and correct any discrepancies on orders with the manufacturers. Order Revisions Revise and communicate any change orders with the manufacturer. Receipt new orders into the operating system. Create Advance Receivers to notify branches of incoming equipment. Maintain and update shipping dates on order board. Machine Shipments Freight Arrangements Coordinate with carriers the movement of incoming machines for stock or sale. Updates revise notifications to branches to notify them of the arrival of the equipment with specs and instructions. Inventory Control Order Receipt Input all inventory into computer. Equipment Costing Approve invoices for machines, attachments, and acquisition freight and maintain proper costing of the equipment. Inventory Control Work with all branches to resolve inventory discrepancies at the branches. Dealer Transfers Work with our manufacturers and dealers on incoming and outgoing transfers of equipment. Qualifications

Job Requirements: High School Diploma required, College Diploma or college coursework a plus. Experience in Sales Support position or equipment Sales Administrative experience a plus Good understanding of accounting principles Strong Microsoft Office Skills and good overall computer understanding. Good Communication skills written and oral. Excellent Customer Service skills Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to multi-task Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
