Sales Support Specialist
Fort Myers Broadcasting Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides essential clerical, administrative, and statistical support to the TV Sales department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Be part of the largest privately held media company in Southwest Florida. Perform clerical duties, including entering and modifying sales orders for television properties Submit cash statements and process billing invoices as needed Maintain and update weekly TV programming schedules Scan, organize, and file active orders for administrative purposes Coordinate with promotions, production, and other internal departments to support campaign execution Answer and direct inbound telephone calls in a professional manner Provide general administrative support and complete additional office tasks as assigned Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office or administrative support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Professional, positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach Prior media industry and/or WideOrbit experience is a plus Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating office equipment Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, office materials) Benefits
