Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure. Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Extensive experience with SCCM and GPO configurations and deployments Experience with Data backups and recovery methods and tools. Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system in a global enterprise (eg. Servicenow, Jira). Virtual desktop deployments Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Technical requirements: Microsoft Azure virtual machine deployments Manufacturing systems experience PowerShell scripting IT Automation platforms Your daily work: To monitor and action customer requests as well as automated alerts in the ITSM system To create reports to aid in the analysis of production activities Job shadow more experienced analysts during day-to-day activities Join and contribute to team building exercises and knowledge sharing Prioritize on the critical issues when they come up Support site support services including but not limited The right candidate will also possess great written and verbal communication skills.
