Responsibilities What you'll be doing Respond to Zillow Preferred leads in real-time Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up and lead nurturing Provide top-tier service to buyers and sellers from first contact to closing Conduct showings, write offers, negotiate contracts, and make repairs Educate clients on market trends in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas Manage each deal from contract to close with full back-end support Qualifications What we're looking for Have closed a minimum of 6 deals in the past year Hold an active Texas real estate license Have worked in team settings or high-level environments Know how to convert leads and follow up with urgency Are organized, coachable, and tech-savvy Want consistent business!
