Leominster, Massachusetts, United States We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. The primary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modify molds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation Review and interpret drawings and models Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned Benefits
