Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist
We're hiring a Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist who knows how to turn everyday interactions into meaningful relationships. As a key part of the client experience team, you'll engage with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, reconnecting with past customers and strengthening long-term relationships. Your goal is simple: make every client feel valued, understood, and confident in choosing us again. You won't rely on scripts here. Instead, you'll use your communication skills and empathy to guide natural conversations, identify client needs, and provide solutions that truly make a difference. Your bilingual ability will allow you to create a seamless and inclusive experience for a diverse client base.
