Aussie Pet Mobile is hiring an experienced Pet Bather to join our mobile grooming team. If you're motivated and love working with pets, we'll pay to train you and help you fast-track into a Pet Groomer role with earning potential of $250$500 per day. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 4 shifts per week (10-hour shifts) Pay / Earning Potential: Competitive commissions + tips; Growth path to Groomer role earning $250$500/day Benefits: Health insurance stipend (support for your personal plan) Paid training + mentorship (fast-track to Groomer) Paid time off (PTO) Groomer-first culture (safety, comfort, and well-being prioritized) Responsibilities: Bathe, dry, brush, and prep pets for grooming services Handle pets calmly and safely (including anxious pets) Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work environment Communicate professionally with clients and team Assist groomers as needed and learn grooming techniques through training Qualifications: Pet bathing experience required Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently Must live within 18 miles of Sherman Oaks / Van Nuys, CA About Aussie Pet Mobile: Aussie Pet Mobile is the world's leading mobile pet grooming franchise.
