Primary Responsibilities SEO Manage Semrush workspace: track keyword rankings, run site audits, and surface actionable opportunities. Conduct keyword opportunity analysis and align brand and product-level keyword strategy. Optimize product pages and blog content for target keywords; provide blog topic and structure recommendations. Perform ongoing SEO site audits and coordinate resolution of technical issues with the dev team. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on key site pages and elements to improve conversion rates. Analyze test results and implement winning variants; document learnings and inform future test roadmap. Conduct site speed analysis and recommend improvements. Research industry CRO trends and benchmark performance against competitive standards. Surface feature recommendations to the E-Commerce Marketing Manager based on testing outcomes. Subscribe & Save Program Lead implementation and optimization of subscription features, including stacked subscriptions and retention flows. Develop and manage strategies to reduce both passive churn (failed payments, expired cards) and active churn (cancellations). Build and execute winback and cancellation prevention campaigns; support referral program development where feasible. Identify and run micro-campaigns to improve subscriber engagement and LTV. DAM/PIM Management Oversee the overall structure and organization of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. Ensure proper asset tagging and metadata for searchability and workflow efficiency. Create and maintain SOPs; conduct onboarding training for new hires and spot-check for compliance. Maintain a DAM/PIM FAQ resource for internal teams. E-Commerce Promotions Support Support the E-Commerce Marketing Manager on promotion execution and campaign follow-up. Support campaign reporting and post-mortem analysis. Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of SEO principles and direct experience with Semrush or a comparable tool. Familiarity with CRO methodologies: A/B testing, statistical significance, and structured experimentation. Understanding of e-commerce subscription platforms (ReCharge or similar) and retention levers. Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 or similar); able to draw actionable insights from data. Experience with DAM/PIM systems or structured digital asset workflows is a strong plus. Strong project management and communication skills; able to work across teams and manage multiple initiatives. Interest in sports nutrition, fitness, or the supplement space is a plus. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; Marketing, Business, or related field a plus. 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, SEO, CRO, or a related digital marketing role. Experience with ReCharge, Semrush, and/or GA4 is strongly preferred.
