Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst - Provider Management: • Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements for MMIS Provider Management initiatives. • Translate business needs into structured, testable functional requirements using standard methodologies. • Conduct gap analysis between current and future states, recommending solution approaches. • Collaborate with technical and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and engage with stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities.
