Provide a positive and friendly representation of Ace Hardware to every customer. Proactively assist customers with personalized solutions and product knowledge. Greet and thank customers warmly throughout their visit. Handle customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management as needed. Maintain strong knowledge of store layout and merchandise locations. Store Operations Support
Help receive, stock, and price merchandise to keep the store inviting and organized. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas. Assist with merchandise resets, signage updates, and special orders. Operate forklift safely after training and contribute to a professional work environment. Participate actively in store meetings and communicate ideas to improve sales and operations. Skills & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Formal retail experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders during shifts. Availability to work weekends, evenings (no later than 8pm), and holidays. Strong teamwork, accountability, and service-oriented attitude. Benefits & Perks
