Operate digital and color production equipment in a high‑volume environment.\nOperate finishing equipment such as cutters, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers.\nOperate office equipment including printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.\nPerform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs.\nSort, scan, and convert hardcopy materials into digital formats.\nPerform basic operator maintenance and cleaning on equipment.\nApply asset tags to equipment and update internal records.\nTrack and coordinate equipment moves, additions, and changes.\nJob Processing & Workflow Management

Serve as the point of contact for receiving, reviewing, and electronically logging incoming jobs.\nEstimate, schedule, and track production jobs to meet deadlines.\nOptimize document layouts for quality and accurate reproduction.\nInspect digital files for issues such as font errors, image resolution, or alignment.\nStore and organize jobs for future reuse, including file backups.\nPerform file and document conversions using standard software.\nAdministrative & Support Tasks
