Customer Engagement Specialist (Full-Time)
This role is a key part of keeping our dealerships running smoothly by serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries. It requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without losing attention to detail. You'll handle inbound calls, texts, and emails, help direct customers efficiently, and ensure communication between departments stays accurate and on track. Schedule (Full-Time):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 AM
8:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM
6:00 PM One Saturday per month (9:00 AM
6:00 PM); occasional second Saturday depending on calendar (e.g., five-Saturday months) Tuesday will serve as the scheduled weekday off when a Saturday is worked Compensation:
Hourly pay with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. Additional earnings are tied to consistent attendance and performance. Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process. What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls for sales, service, and parts Route customers quickly and accurately to the right department Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email Handle multiple conversations at once while staying organized and professional Document all interactions clearly in our CRM Support follow-up by logging notes and next steps for the team Assist with light administrative tasks related to customer communication What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone systems Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented Professional and team-focused Dependable attendance and punctuality are required Customer service, BDC, or call center experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Get:
