Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the repair process Manage repair order paperwork and ensure accurate documentation Field incoming service-related phone calls Problem-solve independently and collaboratively Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and team members What We're Looking For:
12 years of automotive service writing experience (CDJR experience strongly preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Clean driving record and valid driver's license Tekion (DMS) experience a plus Schedule: Monday
