The Role This role is focused on supporting middle office operations within an investment environment by analyzing business needs and helping deliver technology-driven solutions. The position requires working closely with both business and technical teams to solve complex problems related to financial applications, particularly in areas like derivative trade processing and collateral management. Responsibilities include gathering and defining clear requirements, supporting application development, and contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within financial services, along with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Calypso, JIRA, SQL, Excel, and microservices-based systems. This person should be comfortable leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams while communicating effectively. A strong understanding of application architecture, combined with analytical thinking and the ability to manage trade-offs with stakeholders, is essential. xywuqvp A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, finance, or information systems is required. Must Have: 3+ years Calypso experience Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management domain expertise from a business and/or technology Deep understanding on derivative products like money market, credit derivatives, futures, options, centrally clearing products
