Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Oracle databases (11g and 12c environments) Perform database installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance Analyze and optimize database performance, including indexing and tuning Design and implement database structures, data models, and storage solutions Execute backup and recovery strategies using RMAN Deploy and support Oracle technologies including: Oracle Data Guard Oracle Enterprise Manager Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM) Oracle ACFS Oracle GoldenGate Conduct capacity planning, scaling, and performance analysis Collaborate with development teams to support application requirements Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and operational best practices Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Oracle RAC) Participate in ITIL/ITSM-driven service management processes Maintain documentation and provide technical support as needed Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field 7+ years of experience in a Development or Service Administration role xywuqvp Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c) Experience with RMAN backup and recovery Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle RAC, and Oracle installations 5+ years of experience working with development teams Exposure to ITIL / ITSM / Managed Services / DevOps / SOA operational models Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization Experience in database design, data modeling, and capacity planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills
