Director, Finance Transformation and Optimization

to lead finance transformation efforts, streamline processes, and drive strategic projects that elevate operational efficiency across the business. What You’ll Do In this high‑impact role, you will: Lead finance transformation initiatives that modernize and optimize end‑to‑end processes across finance and cross‑functional teams Identify inefficiencies through operational and financial assessments, and build solutions that reduce cost and improve performance Manage strategic and digitalization projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget Standardize and automate financial reporting, KPIs, and dashboards in partnership with FP&A and Controlling Program‑manage finance system implementations at both local and global levels Monitor day‑to‑day finance operations (AP, AR, Accounting) to ensure quality, compliance, and timely reporting Facilitate workshops, lead change management, and support process owners with documentation and continuous improvement Identify financial and operational risks and support audit‑related activities Build financial awareness across the organization through coaching, communication, and leadership What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting with a strong focus on process improvement and project leadership Proven experience leading complex, strategic, and cross‑functional initiatives Expertise in financial management principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills Experience with ERP and financial systems (such as SAP or Oracle) Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills, including working with senior leadership Demonstrated ability to build and enhance processes, teams, and operating models from the ground up Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) Experience in change management or organizational transformation Additional Details Typical office physical demands Regular in‑person presence required in Weston, FL Travel under 10% Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans/Disability
