The Business Development Specialist will identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, conduct market research, build and maintain client relationships, and support customer service initiatives for ISO standards audit and certification projects. Collaborating with internal teams, the Specialist will contribute to sales strategies and the achievement of business growth targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and strategies for ISO certification Business Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends, data, and business performance Proven ability to work independently xywuqvp and collaboratively within a team Experience in business development or the certification industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Locations USA UK Europe (France, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, Scandinavian Countries) Asia Pacific (Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan) Latin America (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia) Africa and Sub Sahara
