SEO Specialist

FULL-TIME (DIRECT HIRE) | TAMPA, FLORIDA We are partnering with a Tampa-based digital ad agency searching for an SEO Specialist to execute advanced strategies across local and national client accounts. This is a newly created position working with an industry veteran and firm founder. It offers flexibility on schedule based on projects and is a growth opportunity for the right individual. You will develop marketing plans for companies, have ownership of SEO, and all aspects of that - campaigns, click-throughs, analytics, etc. ** Candidates must currently live in the Tampa area to attend occasional on-site meetings. ** Key Responsibilities include: - Execute technical and Local SEO strategies - Optimize Google Business Profile and manage citations - Perform technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl issues) - Implement structured data/schema - Support link-building initiatives - Partner with content teams on SEO strategy - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including PPC - Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio - Manage multiple client accounts
