Job Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and implementation of our pricing strategy aligned with revenue, margin, and market-positioning objectives. Prioritize pricing activities across the organization and oversee price-change governance (approval workflow, communication to sales, field teams, and vendors) Conduct competitive pricing analyses, market-trend assessments, and vendor-rebate evaluations to inform price-setting decisions Monitor current market conditions to seek opportunities to maximize margins and minimize risks. Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, margin opportunities, and communicate to management as necessary. Knowledge and Skills Required: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and business meetings effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management Ability to translate complex pricing concepts and data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences Demonstrated change-management and influencing capabilities to drive adoption of pricing strategies across the organization. Strong proficiency with pricing tools and technology platforms (Pricefx required; experience with SAP Pricing, Oracle Pricing, Vendavo, or comparable SaaS solutions acceptable) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in a Pricing leadership role with cross functional experience, including sales, marketing and operations. At least 5 years of leadership experience Demonstrated experience in HVAC distribution, mechanical-contracting, or building-materials distribution. Willingness to learn, listen and teach. Working knowledge of Pricefx is a plus. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned. Work Environment Details: Office Setting Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week.
