The Role Were seeking aseasoned Senior Estimator to lead our bidding processes and contribute to our legacy of building excellence. In this pivotal role, you will: ? Lead and mentor the estimating team ? Develop bid strategies and foster vendor partnerships ? Ensure accurate, competitive bids and smooth handoff to project management What Were Looking For ? 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated) ? Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent ? Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred) Preferred Qualifications ? Experience with ProEst and Procore ? Proven success on large-scale commercial projects ?
