Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs. Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the ecommerce website. Conduct user research, benchmarking and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations to gather actionable insights and feedback from our customer base. Iterate designs based on feedback, data‑driven insights, and emerging trends in ecommerce UX/UI design. Ensure consistency in design elements, interactions, and user flows across different pages and devices. Advocate for user‑centric design principles and best practices within the organization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor experiences to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions within technical constraints. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross‑functional workshops to foster collaboration and ideation. Utilize tools and methodologies such as journey mapping, personas, and empathy mapping to deepen understanding of the customer experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to track the impact of UX improvements. Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate design hypotheses and improve user engagement and conversion rates. Design user‑centered digital experiences that adhere to accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1, ensuring our products are usable by people with diverse abilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. 3-5 years' experience as a UX/UI designer Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to inform design decisions. Solid portfolio displaying examples of ecommerce website designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in ecommerce design is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
