LHH is seeking a Creative Visual Merchandiser for our client in the consumer brand and retail space. This role focuses on creating visually compelling merchandising and retail concepts that enhance product presentation and increase brand impact at the point of sale. The Creative Visual Merchandiser will support the development of physical and visual assets used across retail environments and promotional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and execute creative merchandising concepts for retail and promotional environments Develop visual solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment Create detailed design files, layouts, renderings, or mockups to support production needs Collaborate with internal teams to translate brand strategy into physical experiences Oversee sourcing and coordination of materials, props, and production elements Ensure visual consistency across merchandising executions Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budget considerations Stay current on retail, merchandising, and design trends to inform creative direction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, or a related field 3-5 years experience in visual merchandising or retail-focused creative roles Strong design sensibility with an emphasis on layout, color, and spatial awareness Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D or rendering tools is a plus Ability to manage detailed production requirements and multiple deliverables Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners Retail or consumer brand merchandising experience preferred Portfolio showcasing retail, merchandising, or environmental design work required Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Additional benefits may be available.
