About the Internship

The Johnson Outdoors Summer Internship Program is a paid, handson experience for college students and recent graduates ready to turn classroom knowledge into realworld marketing impact.

Our interns are active contributors, not observers. You'll work on meaningful digital marketing projects that support real campaigns, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a

Digital Marketing Intern , you'll help bring Johnson Outdoors' brands and stories to life across digital channels:

Assist with creating and editing digital content for social media and marketing campaigns, including short and longform video production

Support content publishing across owned channels, including blogs and social media platforms

Help plan, schedule, and manage social media posts aligned with marketing calendars and campaigns

Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets such as images, videos, and written content

Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team and DirecttoConsumer commerce teams to ensure consistent voice, messaging, and visual standards

Support tracking and reporting of content and social media performance metrics

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and audience engagement

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, experimenting, and finding new ways to connect with audiences digitally.

What We're Looking For

Current college student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling

Experience or skills in video editing and social media publishing

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Organized, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

Authorized to work in the U.S. without employmentbased sponsorship
