AI GTM Solution Architect (SME / Thought Leader)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI GTM Solution Architect to serve as a deep Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader in shaping, positioning, and scaling AI-led solutions in the market. This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI innovation and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Agentic AI, AI-driven SDLC automation, and modern software engineering pipelines, while partnering closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive strategic deals and influence enterprise adoption. Key Responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor and SME for enterprise clients on AI strategy, especially Agentic AI and developer productivity use cases - Partner with GTM, sales, and leadership teams to shape large, strategic deals and define differentiated solution positioning - Lead architecture design for complex AI solutions aligned with modern software engineering pipelines (CI/CD, DevOps, testing automation) - Drive solution vision across use cases such as autonomous agents, code generation, test automation, and SDLC optimization - Conduct executive-level presentations, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions - Influence product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback and customer needs - Mentor solution engineers and architects, raising the overall technical depth of the GTM organization - Stay at the forefront of AI trends including agent frameworks, orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption patterns Required Skills & Experience - 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership roles - Deep expertise in AI/GenAI with strong focus on Agentic AI systems and frameworks - Strong understanding of SDLC, developer workflows, and software engineering pipelines - Experience with LLM ecosystems, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques - Hands-on familiarity with Python and modern AI/ML tooling - Proven ability to engage with senior executives and influence decision-making - Strong business acumen with ability to connect technology to measurable outcomes Preferred Qualifications - Experience in AI-led developer productivity platforms or SDLC automation solutions - Exposure to enterprise AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices - Background in high-growth, product-led, or platform companies - Experience working in GTM or pre-sales environments for emerging technologies Leadership Expectations - Serve as a thought leader internally and externally in AI and GTM strategy - Drive best practices, frameworks, and reusable solution patterns - Coach and mentor teams across solution engineering and architecture - Represent the company in industry forums, client briefings, and strategic engagements Why Join Us - Opportunity to define and lead AI GTM strategy at scale - Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI and enterprise automation use cases - High-impact role with visibility across executive leadership and key clients - Shape the future of AI adoption in enterprise software engineering
