Job Summary / Basic Function High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) is a program that allows high school students to earn college-level credits while completing their high school credentials. Concurrent enrollment courses are taught at the high schools, with students paying $5 per credit hour. This allows students to access college-level courses at a significantly reduced rate where students can earn a credential when graduating high school.

This is an expert-level position that assists students, faculty, administrators, and third parties (parents, spouses, designated representatives, etc.) with the following programs/processes:

Academic records and transcripts

Admission

Financial aid

Graduation

Recruitment

Registration

Scholarships

Location: Davis Campus.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

One year of related experience or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated customer service expertise.

Strong verbal communication, written communication, and listening skills.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability and willingness to become a skilled user of WSU’s student information system and other technological tools used within enrollment services.

College employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, or enrollment services.

Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
