This role goes beyond sales you’ll become a trusted advisor, combining plant knowledge with relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with residential & commercial clients

Assess tree/shrub health and recommend solutions

Manage and grow your own client base

Partner with operations to deliver excellent service

Continuously expand your expertise

What We’re Looking For

Background in tree care, landscaping, horticulture, or sales (training provided)

Self‑motivated, independent, and driven

Strong communicator with a professional presence

Curious, trustworthy, and relationship‑focused

Career Growth & Certifications (we support you)

ISA Certified Arborist

NY Category 3A License

CT Arborist License

CT Ornamental & Turf License
