As a member of the
Cookie Crew
at our Brookings store located at
1809 6th Street Brookings, SD 57006 , you are the front-line point of contact with customers and you may bake our Warm and Delicious cookies.
Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
