About the Role As a Model Cocktail Server, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will take orders, make recommendations, upsell, clear and reset tables, collect payments, and anticipate guests’ needs with personable, attentive, and timely service. This role is all about presence and performance. You will present an elegant appearance, convey warmth and charm, and have the ability to improvise at a moment’s notice. You will also participate in in‑house modeling programs, special events, banquets, social media promotions, and other model and presenter tasks.

This is a union STEX position that pays $14.79 per hour. The schedule will be based on the team’s needs.

What You’ll Do

Stay guest‑focused and provide exceptional service by making a positive impression on the guest.

Serve beverages, food, and amenities in all FOH areas, including the Tent, the Garden, and VIP areas.

Actively engage in our antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming workspace.

Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.

Participate in in‑house modeling programs, special events, banquet events, social media marketing, and model/presenter tasks and promotions.

Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol and maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Ensure proper set‑up and maintenance of stations, performing all aspects of opening and closing duties.

Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate, returning correct change to patrons, and balancing the cash register.

Adhere to staff privileges and responsibilities.

Maintain professionalism in both appearance and behavior at all times.

Adhere to seasonal uniform and appearance requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

What You Bring

Minimum of 2 years serving in a high‑end bar or restaurant and a high school diploma or GED.

Basic spirits, wine, and beer knowledge is necessary.

Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions; ability to use Toast is a plus.

Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.

Must be teamwork oriented and self‑motivated.

Effectively communicate verbally with staff, while reading, speaking, and fully comprehending English.

Comfortable improvising in the moment as part of the guest experience.

Must adhere to set schedules with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain any necessary licensing and work cards required: TAM Card, Sheriff’s Card, and Non‑Gaming Card.

Maintain proper safety and sanitation standards.

Must audition with a peculiar or unexpected talent.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Successful background check clearance prior to hire.

Must have valid work authorization for the US.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a high volume professional foodservice and theater environment.

Must tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality; the noise level is usually moderate to high.

Able to work indoors and outdoors in a single shift.

Able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slips and falls.
