About the Role
As a member of the Cookie Crew at our brand new Fort Worth, TX bakery located at 1062 W Magnolia Avenue, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers and baking all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and on the phone
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Customer service focused and willingness to exceed guest expectations
Great communication, organizational and math skills
Can lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
18 years or older to be employed
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
