Radio Frequency (RF) Communication Maintenance Technician
to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical two-way radio systems. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently while also assisting with maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Test, install, repair, and maintain conventional and trunked two-way radio systems
Work with analog and digital radio equipment, including mobile, portable, and repeater systems
Support equipment from manufacturers such as Harris and other leading providers
Perform RF troubleshooting and diagnostics
Install telecommunications equipment and related infrastructure
Program and configure radio equipment using computer-based tools
Read and interpret electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
Maintain and test two-way radio systems and associated hardware
Perform electronic soldering (surface mount and through-hole)
Assist with additional technical duties as required
Technical Skills & Knowledge Candidates should have working knowledge of:
RF circuitry and propagation
Digital and solid-state circuitry
DC/AC circuitry and RF troubleshooting
Telecommunications equipment installation
Two-way radio testing and maintenance
Radio programming and applied computer skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to bend, crouch, and move around equipment installations
Comfortable performing hands-on technical work in the field
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Electronics, RF Communications, or equivalent certification
Alternatively: Minimum 4 years of RF electronics experience
IT background is highly desirable
Proficiency with computers and technical software tools
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
