Role - Development Product Owner Experience Required - 6+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
P&C Insurance, Digital Flow/Stream, Guidewire • Product Owner, COTS experience like Guidewire, • Scrum and Agile development methodologies • SAFe Agile • Jira/Rally • Leadership • Software Development • Communication and Analytical skills • Product Management • Product Development Knowledge on P&C Insurance Pricing and Rating tools like Ratabase and Earnix
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. • Defining the vision for the teams product • Creating a product road map based on this vision. • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development • Developing user stories and define acceptance criteria. • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates. • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology • Working knowledge of product development architecture • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools • Ability to groom and prioritize effectively. Excellent oral and written communication • Ability to work with large teams. • Understanding of design quality standards • Hands on experience in Pricing and Rating tools like Ratabase, Earnix
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
