Job Summary The Gatehouse Attendant at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all guests and visitors as the first person to interact with guests upon their arrival. This role involves greeting guests and answering questions, keeping records of arrivals, and working as part of the greater golf course team to ensure smooth operations day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide guests with information about the course, amenities, rules, and policies
Team Collaboration
Communicate via radio with Caddie Master and Guest Service team
Work closely with other departments on daily operations, tournaments, and events.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver\'s license
Must be able to work weekends/afternoons/holidays
Knowledge of golf is helpful but not mandatory
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
