As a Lot Porter you would ensure that the dealership's lot is organized and presentable, and that all vehicles are properly staged and ready for sale. This is a crucial role in our dealership, as the presentation and organization of our inventory can have a significant impact on sales. You will report to the Sales Managers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
Essential Duties, but not limited to:
Ensure that all vehicles on the lot are properly staged and ready for sale
Move vehicles to designated areas on the lot as directed by management
Ensure that the lot is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist with the delivery and pickup of vehicles to and from the dealership
Help to load and unload vehicles for transport as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Salary Range: $16.90 to $18.00 hourly Status: Full-Time, on site
