Your starting hourly pay will be
$13.50‑$15.50 , depending on skills and experience. Paid training (live and virtual classroom). Optional benefits for part‑time employees include medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary coverage. Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement:
Using an on‑hand mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in and around the Hallmark department; communicate with supervisors, submit reports, and complete required surveys. Holiday support:
Provide additional coverage before, during, and after major holidays such as Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on actual holiday dates and weekends. Department resets:
Participate in installations, fixture building, and relocating card sections; notified at least 2 weeks in advance; duties may include evenings or weekends. Team support:
Work as part of Hallmark’s field network, supporting other merchandisers as needed. Physical Requirements
Physically demanding job requiring lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and possibly climb stairs or ladders. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age. English reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Proficiency with a digital handheld device for reading documents and data entry. Access to Wi‑Fi and internet. Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
