
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to the team in Half Moon Bay. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email
Support daily title and escrow operations, including document handling and file updates
Answer client inquiries and route requests appropriately
Assist with intake, data entry, and maintaining accurate and organized records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
Support front‑office operations as needed
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable with basic office systems and data entry
Professional, reliable, and client‑focused
