Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Position: Customer Service Representative II - Lab

Location: Northbrook, IL

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays

What you will do:

Call Center - Answering General Information calls

Reporting results (Critical reporting)

Faxing Results (Call List)

Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI)

Creating tickets

Specimen add on requests

Supply Ordering

Contacting patients for recollections

What you will need:

Education: High School diploma

Certification: none

Experience: 3 or more years

Unique or Preferred Skills: Multi-tasking a must, Call center experience
