
Salesforce Senior Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 8+ years of overall experience working on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong and comprehensive understanding of both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development.
• Extensive experience with: o Salesforce Flows o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Apex classes and triggers o Salesforce security and sharing models
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, integrations, and platform limits.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in alignment with business requirements and best practices. • Lead and contribute to Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including case management, digital engagement, and customer self-service solutions. • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using a combination of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components). • Design and implement robust Flows (screen flows, record-triggered flows, auto-launched flows) to replace or optimize legacy automation wherever applicable. • Develop reusable and performant Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to deliver intuitive user experiences. • Write efficient, scalable, and well-tested Apex classes and triggers, following Salesforce governor limits and coding best practices. • Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security, performance, and deployment guidelines. • Collaborate closely with architects, admins, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth releases across environments. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. • Experience working on agentforce agents is a plus • Experience working on prompt builders is a plus

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 a year
