
Subject Matter Expert (5690)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a Federal Contracting leader is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Westminister, CO.
Responsibilities:
Update the Total Project Cost database annually with fully burdened actual costs
Provide routine financial reporting (weekly and monthly status reports)
Reporting obligations and costs by funding source
Conduct analysis including variance, risk, cost and schedule baselines
Provide cost estimating and total cost management
Support predicting quantities, cost, and/or price of resources for project execution
Estimate costs to address risks and uncertainties
Ensure cost estimates are well calculated and forecast future resource costs
File Mission Support Activity documents
Assist with Site Management Guide updates
Support annual budgeting projects and related deliverables
Support updates to Independent Government Cost Estimate templates
Provide IDW reporting and editing of existing reports
Interact with staff and management regarding systems and program requirements
Provide direct programmatic support through all phases of budget
formulation and execution
Participate in periodic meetings and program audit reviews
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
US Citizen
Proficiency in database management (Access/SQL/VBA)
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, Power BI)
Experience with project management software
Understanding of Federal budget and financial processes
Knowledge of OMB policies and regulations
Experience with project controls methodology
Competency in schedule and cost management
Knowledge of EVMS principles and guidelines
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail and customer service-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Experience working with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability in project budget forecasting and reporting
