Where can this role take you
Dynamic Training
: Over 12 to 18 months, embark on a rotational journey that combines cutting-edge education, hands-on projects, and dedicated mentoring.
Learn sales strategies and build relationships with customers, distributors and contractors. Develop confidence in presenting product features, benefits and solutions.
Post Program
: At the conclusion of the rotational experience, participants will be placed as a Sales Trainee within the ATCO Flex Duct organization, the leader in flexible duct manufacturing. You’ll participate in customer meetings, training sessions and industry events and report to ATCO’s Vice President of Sales.
